A previous senior officer of the Britain's aerial defense command will provide findings next month on how the state-backed organization can best support the extent of national AI objectives in defense, national security and intelligence.

The center's head, a previous Amazon UK leader, confirmed that multiple research initiatives at the 440-staff institute have been closed, spun out or completed because they fail to match with the revised strategy.

Internal Challenges

The institute has faced workplace difficulties since last year as workers demonstrated against changes, culminating in a group of employees registering an official concern to the relevant regulatory body.
